William brings over 11 years of institutional investing experience at two of the world’s premier asset management firms, BlackRock and T. Rowe Price. He served as Vice President & Head of Research, building deep expertise across a broad range of sectors including eCommerce, Industrials, Materials, Energy, and Financials.
Throughout his career, William has demonstrated a strong track record of alpha generation across value, growth, and cyclical mandates. His ability to operate across styles and market environments reflects a research-driven investment approach built on deep fundamental conviction and a disciplined, evidence-based view of what makes businesses exceptional over time.
At Stonehouse, William leads all investment research and portfolio construction, applying the same institutional-caliber discipline to a concentrated, high-conviction equity strategy.
Jack oversees firm operations, capital formation, and investor relationships at Stonehouse Capital. He is responsible for building the firm’s LP network, structuring investment partnerships, and developing the operational infrastructure required to support a concentrated, institutional-quality investment platform.
He is the founding partner of Rukab Brash PLLC, a New York–based firm advising developers, investors, and operating partners on complex transactions, partnership structures, and multi-party negotiations. Through that work he has led high-stakes negotiations and contract structuring across large real estate and investment projects involving developers, lenders, boards, and institutional counterparties.
Jack brings deep experience managing sophisticated stakeholder dynamics and structuring agreements that align incentives across multiple parties—skills directly applicable to emerging manager fundraising, investor relations, and firm governance.
